We accept all major credit cards and bank transfers. When placing an order, the correct billing address must be entered for the order to be approved. The billing address is the address registered to your account. Additional forms of payments excluding payments made directly to the website must be approved and received before order processing.

CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER ? 

Once orders are placed, customers are allowed 24 hours to modify or cancel.

HAS MY ORDER BEEN SHIPPED?

A confirmation email of your order being processed would be sent to you. A follow-up email of shipping confirmation will be sent with a tracking number.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM ?

Item(s) can be returned within 14 days of receiving your package . Item(s) must have the original tag attached and item(s) must be unworn, and must return in their original condition. 

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM ON FINAL SALE ?

Items on final sale and intimate items such as items in the upcycle collection cannot be returned.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

To return or exchange an item, please contact contact@sonamie.com with your order number and the item you would like to return or exchange. If you do not have your order number, please include the email address used for your purchase. 

Returns are granted to items that are unworn and unaltered in its original packaging.

Customers are responsible for postage fees when returning an item. 

DO YOU COVER THE SHIPPING COSTS OF RETURNS AND EXCHANGES ?

Customers are responsible for return label costs. Returns and exchanges may take 5 to 7 business days to process. Our deliveries are handled by Local dispatchers in Lagos Nigeria, USPS, Fedex, UPS, and DHL. 

We do our utmost best to ensure there are no issues in the construction of all garments. However, if you do encounter items with defects , please send an email to contact@Sonamie.com
